Prices & transparency at Membplace
At Membplace, all basic functions are free to use.
No user is obliged to purchase a paid package simply because they are a member of a club.
Clubs and groups can voluntarily activate additional features to further professionalize their organization. When payments are processed via Membplace (e.g., membership fees or donations), fees from the respective credit card or payment providers apply. These fees are collected directly by the payment service provider and deducted from the recipient's transferred amount. Membplace itself does not charge any hidden fees.
User packages
Every user can use Membplace for free. Upgrading is optional and expands your options within the community. Packages and prices are displayed directly in the app or can be booked there.

When payments are processed via Membplace (e.g., membership fees or donations), fees from the respective payment providers apply. These fees are charged by the payment service provider and deducted from the recipient's payment. The fee is a fixed amount of approximately €0.30 per payment plus a commission of 2.5% (subject to change).
