It's so easy to set up your club or group on Membplace

 

With Membplace you can easily organize your community –
whether club, regulars’ table, team, circle of friends or community.

 

1. Register

Create your personal user account for free at www.membplace.com or directly in the app (iOS / Android).

 

2. Activate VIP package

To create groups or clubs, you need a VIP package. With a single VIP package, you can create an unlimited number of groups or clubs.

 

3. Establish a group or association

• Click on your profile picture in the top right corner

• Select “My Memberships”

• Click on “ + ” in the top right corner under the profile picture

• Enter the name of your group or club

• Save the information – done

Your group is immediately active and ready to use.

 

4. Add members

• Manually via “Add member”

• Or automatically with an Excel/CSV file
  (Our support will help you with the import!)

• Members will automatically receive an invitation to register.

 

Tip: Inform your members in advance so they accept the invitation.

 

5. Use functions

Membplace offers you everything you need:

• Member management – always up-to-date & clear

• Communication & Newsfeed – Exchange via messenger or post

• Contributions & donations – manage and bill directly

• Events – plan and share appointments

• Voting – online and transparent

 

6. Public or private

You decide:

• Public: visible to everyone, fans can follow

• Private: for invited members only

 

7. Manage posts / categories

• Enter annual or monthly contributions (free memberships are possible)

• Automatic sending of invoices possible

• Balance can be paid out at any time

• Overview of all payments & donations directly in the dashboard
